So. Xo. was born out of the encounter of Sophie with the cocoa in Mexico, her infinite love to interpret, describe and transmit its aromas, textures and culture. Guided by maestros cacaoteros, her trip got her to discover theobrominated terroirs. Thanks to her experience and palate, she selects cocoa producers who share her values: passion, ethics and authenticity.

Sophie selects cocoa beans with a unique character, she honors the love story of the cocoa producers with their lands and the passion they transmit to their cocoas. She designs an unprecedent collection where she refines the original aromatic notes in order to glow them into singular chocolates.
